USP offers a Consolidated Fulfillment Service that utilizes a 3rd party logistics provider to ship and deliver your USP Store orders directly to your doorstep. The service manages the end-to-end shipping process, including the customs process and international duties and taxes. The goal of the Consolidated Fulfillment Service to create a seamless, simple, and more convenient process for customers. This includes reduced importation costs, and, in some cases, no importation costs at all.
Fortunately, Vape702 was able to work with carriers to receive an an exemption for our Business-to-Business transactions. In order to include your business in this exemption, which will allow you to legally receive shipments via USP, we must obtain your Tobacco or Vapor License as well as your Sales & Use License or a Tax License for each vape related business you operate.
- The Name and address listed on the license will be the only address permitted to receive vapor shipments. If you move your business to a new location, you will need to provide us with a new license which includes your new address, which we will submit for carrier approval.
- If you operate multiple locations, you will need to provide a license for each location.
- USP does not ship any products to post office boxes. Please include a street address or your order will not be delivered.
- International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and tariffs levied for importation of USP products.
- Customers can request rush order handling for an additional US$75.00 charge (restrictions apply).
- Customers can choose their own carrier preference by giving USP their DHL, (international shipments only), UPS or FedEx account number, for eligible items.
- USP will select the most appropriate carrier and least expensive method to ensure expedited delivery. Surcharges may apply.
Shipping times are generally 2-4 business days under our new system.
All packages must be signed for by an adult (21+) with identification upon delivery in accordance with The PACT Act.
In order to continue serving you well into the future, we are dedicated to and working hard to provide our clients with a solution. In order to continue delivering our products, we have been constructing a network with local and regional carriers. These will need to be signed for upon delivery and have a 21+ ID.

Note: Option available anytime the total cost of the basket, including any special discounts or coupon codes, exceeds $150. To be eligible, you must choose Free Shipping during the checkout process. The shipping method will depend on the weight of your item. Adult Signature Fee is not included in Free Shipping Over $1000 only in Las Vegas.
When will my order be shipped?
All purchases require a 12-48 hour processing period, with the majority of them being shipped out within 24 business hours. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as we can, with customers who have already paid for postage receiving priority. A tracking email will be automatically issued to the order's email address following the processing time to show that the product is prepared for shipping and has been given to the shipping carrier for delivery. All transit times for shipment reflect projected delivery timings.
Note: Processing may take up to 72 business hours during the busy Christmas season and after-holiday sales. We really appreciate your patience as our team works diligently every day to guarantee that clients receive items as quickly as possible.
On weekdays, we process orders from 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST, and on Saturdays, we handle orders from 9:00AM to 1PM EST. On Sundays and US Federal Holidays, we don't process orders.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver to most states and U.S. territories throughout the country (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses). Please choose APO/FPO addresses for the appropriate delivery option for members of the military services.
We are now shipping to most of the nations that are on the international market. At this time, we are unable to accept payments from or ship to your state or nation if it is not included during the checkout process. For additional information on serving overseas clients, see below.
Please note: The confirmed billing address of the cardholder will be used to ship some items. This address cannot be verified, thus the order will be cancelled immediately. Additionally, some orders will be delivered with signature confirmation (a person must be present to sign for these deliveries).

We are currently unable to process or send any orders to the states of Utah, Arkansas, Maine, and Vermont due to State rules and restrictions in the ongoing Youth Prevention initiatives.
We are now unable to mail any flavored e-liquids, regardless of nicotine dosage, to clients who are situated in the states of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island (as well as Chicago). Be careful to delete any flavored e-liquid before checking out as we can only ship tobacco e-liquid to these states. Orders containing flavored E-Liquids will be withdrawn from the order and cancelled; the entire order may be cancelled and reimbursed, but the remaining items in the package will continue to be processed as usual.
When something changes in the aforementioned States, we will update the shipping policy. We sincerely regret any inconvenience and value your continued support.
Ordering direct from USP or an Authorized Distributor is the fastest method to get results: Using product resellers, such as book or chemical supply houses, can add up to eight weeks to your order fulfillment time. Typically, USP processes orders for all our customers within two business days. USP cannot control how long a reseller keeps your order before giving it to USP for processing or how long it holds the product before passing it along to you.
Apply for credit terms with USP: Having credit terms allows you to place orders using your company purchase order and pay once you get USP invoice. See “Sending Your Order – Step #3 for details.
Please use an authorized credit card: USP accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. DO NOT send checks or wire transfers for prepaid orders. See “Sending Your Order – Step #3 for details.
Get an official USP price quote before ordering: Having an official USP price quote allows you to arrange payment with the security of knowing the price will not change for 30 days.
Customs clearance: USP does not offer customs clearance services. We suggest that you arrange for a customs broker to facilitate clearance or allow FedEx to clear customs for you. Customs clearance is often the longest part of your product delivery time. Customers are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes or tariffs levied for bringing USP products into their country
The cost of shipping is not refundable. Only items that are returned to our facility are eligible for refunds. Your reimbursement for the returned products will be reduced by any return costs or duty fees that were associated with returning your shipment.
All items for sale are listed in US dollars; your local currency won't be changed for you automatically. Any conversion costs related to orders from outside the United States are not the responsibility of vape702.
Please be aware that location-based factors affect the arrival times for any international deliveries. Due to delays in customs and imports, we regrettably do not have an expected time of delivery.
Tracking for Priority International packages will display the journey from our facility to the US International Sort Facility and finally the final destination country (If you have not receive any update, please contact your local customs agency).
Large orders with a high value may occasionally be sent with Signature Confirmation upon delivery by the USP. This guarantees that the package will reach its intended location securely. Please send an email to our customer service staff if you have any questions about large value orders.
Please be aware that tracking information may not be immediately updated due to the enormous amount of parcels that USP receives. Even while USP provides dependable and quick service, mistakes and delays do happen. The tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your account as soon as your product has been sent. When signed into your account, you may read this information on the "my account" tab as well.
If the delivery confirmation for your cargo has not changed in a few days, please do not panic. Until the parcel arrives at a sorting facility, a transportation hub, or your neighborhood post office, the delivery confirmation does not change. There are no updates in between, and your neighborhood post office should be contacted with any delivery concerns.
USP provides inexpensive, quick, and dependable service. However, they occasionally do and can route a cargo incorrectly. Unfortunately, we have no control over these mistakes, and we accept no liability for USP mistakes or delays.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
When placing an order, please carefully examine your mailing address. Orders may be returned or their travel times may be delayed as a result of shipping address errors. We won't reship the order until the courier returns it to us and the client covers the cost of reshipping it.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Vape702 is not liable for lost or undeliverable parcels; all problems resulting from unreceived packages must be handled by the client with the relevant postal carrier. Any incorrect delivery concerns must be notified within 48 hours of the most recent update to the tracking information because vape702 works hard to maintain and resolve such difficulties.
Please take note that incorrect and incomplete address inputs made by the user may result in returns, delays, and other problems that may affect the timely delivery of your item. Vape702 disclaims any liability for any expenses incurred as a result of user-submitted incorrect and inaccurate address submissions.
How are replacement parts shipped?
USPS First Class Mail is used for all replacement and warranty shipments.
Pre-Orders are filtered slightly differently than ordinary orders. Normally, we will keep the money and ship the pre-ordered item as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. By default, we hold off on shipping your complete purchase until the pre-order product arrives if you order additional regularly stocked items along with your pre-order. Please place all pre-order products on a separate order if you need your purchase right now.

* The first batch will come to vape702 directly from the manufacturers.
* Pre-Order Products will be marked as "Pending" on orders that contain them; after the Pre-Order Product is delivered and shipped out, the order will be tagged as "Shipped," and tracking will start to function.
